Project Overview:
We have vacancies for
Software Engineers, Test Engineers and
System Integration Engineers within the
Transport Group. The roles are across
the various transport projects (ATO, ATP and
GDSIM TE) Design, Implementation and Test
teams.
The integration roles involve
the analysis or test runs and the subsequent
investigations into issues to support the
customer site testing in a timely manner and
interfacing directly with the customer to
support site testing.All of the above the
jobs require an understanding and
appreciation of the development of safety
critical and safety related applications and
particularly the European CENELEC 10528 Rail
Standard.
Essential/Desirable Skills
and Experience:
General
-
Real Time embedded
software project experience
-
Experience with Ada 83/95
-
Requirements Management
using DOORS (or similar requirements
management tool)

Experience of safety
critical software development project
lifecycles
Integration Engineer

Ability to deal directly
with the customer on a regular basis

Familiarity with
developing test specifications and
scripts, running and analysing test
results and documenting test evidence
